It does not have a groove for seating a gasket, I just use a layer of RTV gasket maker to form a seal between the lid and box. There is a little material you need to remove to fit the charge port, it is not a perfectly round hole. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe LED bar fits but I had to grind the PCB down about .5mm on each side, the groove is slightly too narrow. The power port has some material that needs a little grinding to clear the GX connector. The mods needed are very minor. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will need to make a window to seal the LED strip. I used polycarbonate sheet but you can also use acrylic. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease ensure your BMS will not short against this box...I doubt anodizing the surface is sufficient. You could spray some truck bed liner where it needs to be insulated. I wrapped my BMS in fish paper and taped it up.
