OneWheel XR Compatible Battery Packs

These are drop-in compatible with an XR battery box; we use spacers that are nearly identical to the originals. They have the same wiring with reverse XT60 polarity and zpdr 26 pin connector. 4 NTC thermistors are also wired just like OEM packs have. 

NOTE: The Panasonic J2 pack is not compatible with a OEM controller unless you can accept higher capacity packs (rf mod, OWIE chip, FFM chip, etc). The molicel packs work with any Pint X. 

Pack Options

• Ampace JP30P1: 72A rated output (112A burst), 6Ah capacity (highest amp output)
• Molicel P28a: 70A rated output, 5.6Ah capacity (highest amp rating, lower capacity)
• Molicel P30b: 60A rated output, 6Ah capacity (same capacity as stock, 2x the amp output)
• Panasonic J2: 34A rated output, 6.8Ah capacity (highest capacity)

Packs ship 30% charged so once you install it, charge it full. Note that sometimes the BMS won't let it charge 100% until you ride it down and charge a second time. 

NEW: We have now validated pack durability and weld quality with copper nickel sandwich material! Copper is roughly 4x more conductive but it is so thermally conductive that it is difficult to achieve as strong of a weld as nickel alone. We are using a wide layer of copper followed by a narrow strip of nickel on top. This combines the conductivity of copper with the weld strength of nickel. All new builds July '26 and later will use this combination.
