OneWheel Pint X Battery Box - Nylon 3D Printed

I have two of these for sale at cost. I used them to verify fit before ordering my CNC aluminum boxes. These were professionally manufactured out of nylon using SLS. They are very high quality and should last as long as you use bumpers. 

Two parts of this require tinkering: 1/ the charge port is slightly too small so you will need to drill that out. 2/ the gland connector is not threaded so you will need to glue that in (I used RTV sealant then after that cured JB Weld). 

There is no lid gasket groove, I used RTV to seal that. The LED window will need to be sealed as well, I am using a piece of polycarbonate sheet, acrylic would also work. 

This project is great for upgrading a Pint V, you can update to a larger battery pack. Either a Pint X pack like our Molicel P28a high power pack or even larger voltage like 20S would work. I went 18S1P with P45b cells and a Stoked Stock BMS. You would flip the XT60 connector to normal polarity if you are going to upgrade to a higher voltage pack with a normal polarity plug.
