Deluxe 8" Extended Razor Swingarm for QS165 Motors (motor not included)

This full swingarm adds about 8" to your Razor MX or SX 500 or 650. We cut it from 6061 T6 billet aluminum and then professionally anodized it in beautiful colors. These will let you run 12" tires, maybe even larger.

You will need a 280mm shock, the stock one will not work.

The motor mount fits QS165 motors, I would imagine they also work with the Sotion FW01. They do not have my1020 mounts. These are in stock and ship same or next business day.

It has all hardware included:

Shock tower, bolt, and hardware

Brake adapter plate

Motor screws

Axle sliders and tension hardware

Swing arm bearings

Q: How much extra chain do I need and how do I extend that?
A: You need about 8" of additional chain so, if your chain is in decent shape I buy a new one with 2 master links. Take the new chain and engage the rear sprocket so it holds one end, put the other end on the motor sprocket with the thing tight. Put the axle slider right in the middle and then hold the top of the chain ends towards each other. This will let you see the gap and how much extra you need. Then use a breaker tool to pop a section that long out of your old chain, add a master link on each side of your new chain, and join the small section of old chain to your master links to complete it.

Q: What brakes does it work with?
A: I run zoom brakes like the kits you get that drop in for a Razor minibike. That means factory brakes should also work, I just haven't put them on a bike I have extended before. The spacing has oval slots so you can make them work with a bit of adjustment. The holes are spaced about 51mm apart.

Q: What wheels work with this?
A: Factory wheels work fine but this is a great time to upgrade. You can find a nice set of pit bike wheels on aliexpress or alibaba. You should be able to run 12" rims but to be safe, measure what you need.

Q: If my wheel spacing isn't perfect what do I do?
A: You can use 1/2" washers for a mm or two but more than that, get yourself a wheel spacer kit that has 4mm, 6mm, 8mm (or similar) options. You can use these to make the wheel fit perfect. Not all frames are exactly the same so some folks have an easier time than others with this.
